I do a lot of experimenting with ideas, improvisations, sounds, different software (DAWs, Notation, Plug-ins, VST Software Instruments, Sample Libraries), different keyboards or keyboard sounds, different software instruments (VST's), creative workflow, etc. This is a collection of some of the random ideas that come from that. I do this in small bits of time when I'm traveling, in between meetings, when I have 5-10 minutes here or there. Some of this is literally in a 15 minute window between meetings, when I have to leave in 15 minutes to catch a plane, etc. I take a little keyboard along when I travel. Some of this is somewhere on a trip, on a cruise ship, even on a plane. It is generally just me being curious, wanting to try a new sound, or just wanting to get the creative process going. There are mistakes, it isn't usually perfectly mixed or mastered, much of it is incomplete ideas. A lot of this isn't even worth sharing, but some of it is. I'll clean out the junk when I can. I put all this it here to give a sampling of what I do when I'm just messing around trying new ideas. I've been doing this since 2020, so there is a lot, hundreds of little clips. I'm slowly going through and adding more content, trying to filter out the stuff that's too sloppy or weak. If I add ! exclamation points, that is me rating the stuff I think is better. The more ! exclamation points, the better I think it is.
